Monikie and Newbigging Church

Our Belief

We believe in one God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and that the Word of God as contained in the Old and New Testaments was divinely inspired and written by men moved by God, and that God is the author, and through Jesus Christ, salvation is its end.
Further, we believe it is the supreme standard for all human conduct, creeds and opinions, and that it is the highest authority for Christian doctrine and practice.
We believe that the Kirk has a calling, and a duty to carry the Gospel and offer Christian service throughout our communities.

The mission of Monikie and Newbigging Church is to:-
• proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ,
• Serve God and our community
• Care for people
• Foster a sense of identity and belonging
• Create a nourishing Christian community of worship where Christ's love is experienced and taken beyond its walls.
